If you are not satisfied with the item for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days and receive a full refund of the product price. Simply notify us via e-mail at NatureByDawn@aol.com within 30 days and you will be given instructions to return the item. Sorry, but we are not able to refund the shipping cost. Once placed, orders can not be cancelled or changed. The item would need to be delivered, then returned.

Products are shipped from various warehouses who each have their own shipping method preference. UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, and DHL are the most common shippers used. Please note that this may inhibit our ability to provide a tracking number. Shipping time may take 10-15 business days to arrive. Sorry, but we do not offer priority or overnight shipping. Shipping cost is based on estimated weight of the total order. Due to the size of some of the products, estimated weight has been increased in order to cover the charge for oversized packages.

For orders between:

1-5lbs, shipping cost is $5.00
6-9lbs, shipping cost is $6.00
10-14lbs, shipping cost is $10.00
15-19lbs, shipping cost is $15.00
20-29lbs, shipping cost is $20.00
30-39lbs, shipping cost is $25.00
40-49lbs, shipping cost is $30.00
50-59lbs, shipping cost is $35.00
60-69lbs, shipping cost is $40.00
70-79lbs, shipping cost is $45.00
80-89lbs, shipping cost is $50.00
90-99lbs, shipping cost is $55.00
over 100lbs, shipping cost is $0.60 per lb

We only provide shipping to Continental US Residents only at this time. However, if you are in Hawaii or Alaska or outside the US and desperately want an item sent to you, special arrangements may be made for an additional shipping cost. Simply e-mail us at NatureByDawn@aol.com.

We generally can not ship to a P.O. Box.

If the item you purchased is out of stock, you will be notified and given the following options:

Receive a full refund
Exchange for an item of equal value
Wait for the item to be back in stock

If you elect to receive a full refund of the out of stock item, your shipping charge will be reduced accordingly. If you elect to order an item of equal value, your shipping charge will be adjusted.
