If you are not satisfied with the Product, you may return it to us within 30 days from the date the Product was delivered. A full refund (not including shipping cost) may be available if the Product is in new condition (see exception below on the metal barriers*). Simply notify us via email at NatureByDawn@aol.com or by telephone at 785-393-2044 within 30 days from the date the Product was delivered and you will be given instructions to return the item. Sorry, but we are not able to refund the shipping cost. You must email or call for return instructions as not all Products are returned to our home office in Kansas. *Return policy exception for the metal barriers (ie T-Flex, Euro-Bars, and Wire Mesh barriers) and BreezeGuard Window Screens.
Metal Barriers - Please measure your vehicle before purchasing to make sure the size-range of the barrier will fit. The manufacturer does not provide a comprehensive list of which barriers fit which vehicles. Only 85% of the item cost is refundable (15% restock fee) unless the barrier is returned for product defect. Shipping to you or return shipping to us is not refundable unless the barrier is returned due to a product defect. The product defect will be verified by the manufacturer upon return. Product defects do not include returns because the dog gets through, you don't like it, or because the barrier won't stay in place. The barriers should stay in place if properly installed. If you are having difficulty getting it to stay in place, please contact the manufacturer directly at 765-552-5039 for installation instructions. For returns, please email us first at email@example.com. You may contact our office directly for additional questions or follow-ups on returns at 785-393-2044. Please also note that if the item is returned, you are responsible for packaging securely. If the item is returned damaged due to shipping, your refund will have to be provided by the shipping company. For this reason, we highly recommend return shipping with insurance.
BreezeGuard Window Screens - Please be sure to provide your correct vehicle information including VIN when placing your order. The BreezeGuard Window Screens are custom made to fit and will not work from vehicle to vehicle. If you provide the incorrect vehicle information and the barriers do not fit, your order is non-refundable. If you return the window screens because you are not satisfied with the product, only 75% of the product cost is refundable (25% restock fee) unless the window screens are returned due to product defect.
Sleepypod - If you return any Sleepypod products, only 85% of the product cost is refundable (15% restock fee) unless the Sleepypod is returned due to a defect.
