Introducing the X-Large Dog Seatbelt from Fairfield

The extra large Fairfield canine car harness from Guardian Gear fits most large dogs with a girth between 35" and 42".

The Fairfield dog seatbelt comes in black and has two main parts. 1) The vest part works as a harness. The chest and neck is protected with a thin triangular fleece padding which helps with comfort. 2) The other part is the tether. The tether is adjustable in length and can be separated from the harness to allow you to attach a leash for walking. When it is clipped onto the harness, the other end buckles into your car. Please note that the buckle may not work in Volvos, Saabs, Ford Explorers or vehicles over 20 years old.

For safety, keep the tether as short as comfortably possible. It adjusts from about 12" to 24" in length. Please note, for taller dogs the 24" may seem short because it may pull the dog seatbelt to the side when your dog stands. This does not affect the purpose of the harness which is to help keep your dog from being a distraction.

Care: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Line dry.

Size: Fits girths between 35" and 42". Measure the girth by measuring around your dog's chest just behind the front legs.
