The harness and tether is fully adjustable for proper fit. The SMALL fits dogs weighing between 10 and 25 lbs. The neck size of the Bergan dog safety belt is fully adjustable. The girth size (measurement of the chest just behind the front legs) can go as small as 14" around to 30" around. Once it is adjusted, it is easy to put on. The straps are 3/4" wide.

Check the seat belt connection in your vehicle to see if the carabiner clip on the Bergan tether will work. It may not work on newer model Mercedes.
